If you are having a problems with printing to an HP Designjet 500 / 800 after a Windows 10 update.

I have had several calls about HP Designjet 500 and 800 and one 510 that stopped printing about a month ago.  The drivers seem correctly installed and even after reinstalling the driver either the print never arrives at the printer or the computer's spooler stops working and kicks up an error.  I found an article about this problem at a great website called Printerstop.com.

The article lists several things that can be done to correct a faulty windows 10 update that may be stopping certain HP wide formats from printing.
